Eat to much, drink too much, bet too much...Worst case scenario; you smell like a brewery, cannot button your pants, and as a result everyone in your office on Monday hates you (they are not your friends, they are co-workers)...Best case scenario you are not an amateur and you took Monday off 8 months ago... All this talk that Eli Manning of the New York Giants is great is making my head spin. I am confused if people are saying that he is Elite this season or for his career? I don't really think either apply and all this talk is garbage. I mean, Trent Dilfer won a Super Bowl, and he's not elite.

The Colts win again and they are suddenly riding a 2-game winning streak. A team that was once considered to be the worst team ever, now, can't even be considered the worst team this season, and does that jeopardize their future? A lot of people assumed that they were sucking to get Andrew Luck, the likely #1 pick in the draft next year, and it seemed like a good idea with Peyton Manning's health, but if they are only kind of sucking, then is this season and every foreseeable season a waste as well? Not so fast.

Week 14 has come and gone and for the first time all season Topher City Gopher Money Makers had a push. That "1" in the third record column is real ugly, but its better than a big 2-0 in the "L" column, right? TCGMM has its eyes set on getting over .500 this week and staying there for the remainder of the season. A few reflections on last week's games before Week 15 picks are unveiled...

We get it, Trent Dilfer has a huge man crush on Tim Tebow. All he does is go on ESPN and talk about him and praise him as if he was sent directly from God. Tebow is winning games, largely in part to others. Sounds all too familiar to Trent Dilfer. Does the 2000 Super Bowl winning QB have something in common with the second coming?
Dilfer was backup QB for the Ravens to start the year, to Tony Banks. After a few horrible weeks from the offense, the Ravens canned Banks and in came Dilfer became the average starter, going 7-2 to end the regular season and helped get the Ravens into the playoffs as a wildcard team. People and analyst were miffed as to how this average guy could get this team to the playoffs. Funny, no one claimed the second coming when Dilfer did it.
