Salary Cap Football Week 7

Another week in the books. Teddy builds on his lead this past week. I should probably show the defenses, as Tim G points out, Teddy has been killing it with his defensive selections

Salary Cap Football Week 5

Things are moving with Bye weeks upon us. Not to mention that some clowns here forget to look at their teams on a weekly basis. Teddy holds onto his lead. He actually separated himself a bit more and is now up by nearly 75 points. The rest of the field is pretty well bunched together, and then there is Brett, who has yet to realize that Charles is out.

Salary Cap Football Week 3

Another Week in our SOS Salary Cap challenge and Teddy remains on top. He didn't have the best week as others were able to make up ground.

Football-Cash-Contests1Dunny and Skip put together 100+ point weeks on the backs of Welker and Charles Johnson. The gap narrows going into the 4th week. Teddy's lead is just 26 and just about everyone is in the race still, minus maybe Mike because he doesn't check his team, and if he does, he still has Cassell going.

Salary Cap Football Week 2

Another week down in our NFL Fantasy Salary Cap challenge. There is a shake up at the top as Josh falls from the top at week one and Teddy climbs up after a huge week. Still have another week with no byes so all players are up for grabs. Just have to stay under the $100 salary cap.

Salary Cap Football Week 1

This year on SOS we are trying something new with all the types of Fantasy Football. Instead of the conventional 12 team roster with nine starters. Instead, we have $100 to spend on players much like the stock market. Players came on the market with an IPO and they were purchased before week 1. If the player does well, their value goes up, perform poorly, value goes down. Every week the team has to stay under $100 as prices change. The only saving grace is that when you buy a player and their value skyrockets for good play, they are already locked into that 'contract value' you bought them at.

How I won the worst Fantasy Match, Ever

It's not every week that a 50-point fantasy football effort is worth cheering about, but this week was different. Going into Monday night's game I held a slight 35-34 edge in the Battle of the Brains with Percy Harvin left for my team and LaDainian Tomlinson left for the foe. A toss up for bragging rights.

Skip's Fantasy Do's and Don'ts

Tonight I’ve been asked to help a friend draft his fantasy football team. He’s never had a fantasy football team before, knows almost nothing about the game and possesses absolutely no athletic ability whatsoever. So how he even came to be involved in this league, I still haven’t discerned. Regardless, I feel obligated to help the kid out, and it has inspired this week’s Top 10.
